The Bay County Sheriff’s Office is conducting a death investigation this afternoon after the body of a woman was found in a swimming pool.
At about 3:00pm today deputies responded to the Catalina Court Motel at 11988 Front Beach Road. The body of a 51 year old woman was found floating in the shallow end of the pool.
BCSO Criminal Investigations and Crime Scene have arrived on the scene. Preliminary reports do not indicate foul play but the investigation is ongoing.
