Bay County Cooperative Extension Office/Heath Department Team Up for Heart Health Program

The UF/IFAS Bay County Cooperative Extension Office and the Florida Department of Health in Bay County will present a month-long series of classes entitled “Keeping the Pressure Down.”

The program aims to help people attain a healthier lifestyle with strategies and tips for changing eating and exercise habits, encouragement and resources for healthier choices.

The free sessions will be held from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesdays beginning Feb. 26 through March 19 at the Florida Department of Health in Bay County, 597 W. 11th Street, Panama City .
