BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) -- An autopsy is being conducted on the body of a man found in thick brush in Buffalo, N.Y. Police think it's the body of a trauma surgeon who was the subject of a nationwide manhunt after his ex-girlfriend was shot dead at the hospital where they both worked.
