UPDATE: Eufaula Murder Suspect In Custody

Marques Ivory, wanted in connection with a capital murder that occurred in Eufaula is currently in police custody. Ivory was located at a residence in Omaha, Georgia by agents of the Fugitive Task Force of the United States Marshall Service. Ivory was taken into custody without incident. Extradition has been waived by Ivory and he is being held pending a 72 hour hearing. Ivory has been arrested in connection with the capital murder of Darrian Scott that occurred on 30 January 2014. The Eufaula Police Department wishes to express our appreciation to the agencies that gave assistance in locating Ivory.


The Eufaula Police Department needs your help. They're looking for Marques Ivory. He's wanted on capital murder charges.

Police say Ivory shot and killed 20-year-old Darrian Scott on January 30th.

Ivory is 5'5" and weighs 168 pounds. He's known to frequent the Bluff Park Apartment area and Georgetown, Georgia.

Police say he should be considered armed and dangerous.
