A 22-year-old Alabama soldier was shot to death Tuesday by police in Waikiki, Hawaii, according to news reports.
KHNL-TV and KHON-TV reported Ashford native Gregory M. Gordon, 22, was shot multiple times by police after he hit several police cars with a pickup truck.
HawaiiNewsNow said Gordon's truck was seen driving the wrong way down a street -- and on sidewalks -- a few blocks away from the shootout.
KITV reported Gordon drove right at an officer. Police surrounded the vehicle and two officers shot Gordon.
