Based upon findings from interviews and investigations, Shelton L. Foster, 59-year-old white male, of an Airport Rd address in Andalusia, has been charged with Capital Murder in the death of Donnie Earl Bone of Butler County.
This charge is a Class A Felony which carries the following penalties: Life in prison or Not more that 99 years or less than 10 years in prison. This charge also carries the Death Penalty. Mr. Foster is being held with no bond.
