Anna Barnes "Retires"

A fixture in providing mental healthcare to both children and adults in the area. For nearly 40-years has "retired".
Anna Barnes was honored by Geneva Mayor Philip Carter and the city council for some 37-years of service.
She served many years as the city's representative on the wiregrass mental health board and subsequently the Spectracare board.
Barnes fears state budget "cuts" will be hard on the mentally-challenged…
