A solution may be in the works for people who are allergic to cow's milk.
According to an article on Health-dot-com... scientists have found that milk produced from a genetically modified calf does not contain B-L-G.
That is the protein that is believed to trigger allergies.
The experiment is detailed in a paper published today in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.
Scientists say it's the first time they have altered milk's protein composition before it leaves the cow.
