U.S. District Judge Keith Watkins granted a request Thursday from former Country Crossing casino lobbyist Jennifer Pouncy to delay her sentencing from Aug. 29 to Sept. 26.
She sought the delay to allow more time to study a presentencing report by federal probation officers. That report is due Aug. 22.
Pouncy pleaded guilty in 2010 to one count of conspiracy.
She admitted offering bribes to legislators to support pro-gambling legislation.
Country Crossing developer Ronnie Gilley, casino lobbyist Jarrod Massey, and former state Rep. Terry Spicer also pleaded guilty in the case and were sentenced in July.
Spicer got nearly five years in prison, Massey more than five years, and Gilley nearly seven years.
