An Abbeville man is participating in a national cause to honor the victims in the September 11th terrorist attacks.
Army Warrant Officer Anthony Radetic is participating in the “Never Quit Challenge.”
The challenge is a 1,600 mile, five day personal watercraft journey from Key West, Florida to New York.
All of the riders are service disabled or wounded warriors.
They’re raising money for three veteran groups – the Phoenix Patriot Foundation, the Boot Campaign and the Station Foundation.
Radetic is on Team Xtreme Abilities.
"I'm so proud of him. He's come a long way. He loves jetski riding so this is not only a personal endurance challenge, but it's a way for him to give back and support the people who have given to and supported him in his journey," Anthony’s wife, Danielle Radetic said.
Radetic's daughter goes to Abbeville Christian Academy.
Today her class showed their support for his mission.
