Covington County -- The Alabama Bureau of Investigation, a division of the Alabama Department of Public Safety, today arrested Florala Utilities General Manager Lynn D. Hughes.
Hughes had warrants for two charges of Theft of Property 1st and two charges of Use of Office for Personal Gain.
Hughes was booked into the Covington County jail under a $120,000 bond.
No further information is available as ABI continues to investigate allegations of misappropriated Florala utilities accounts.
