Tropical Storm Frances is on shore once again.
It's arrived on the Florida panhandle -- the second time it's reached land in Florida. The storm yesterday left a trail of flooding and torn rooftops across central Florida.
The center of the storm hit land about 20 miles south of Tallahassee, with top sustained winds near 65 miles an hour. It's moving to the north-northwest at about eight miles an hour, and it's not expected to regain hurricane strength.
The storm left six (m) million people without power, and caused at least four deaths.
Airports in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Tampa and elsewhere -- which had been closed by the storm -- have reopened. But the airport in Tallahassee is closed.
