An 11-year-old Ozark girl who was reported kidnapped from a bus stop was found in North Carolina with her mother.
Police say Montavya Tiherra Robinson was found unharmed in Charlotte Wednesday with her mother, Alnisa Jones. Jones was charged with interference with custody.
Ozark Police were en route to Charlotte Wednesday afternoon. The state had issued a missing child alert Monday for the girl.
Montavya’s grandmother, who had custody of the little girl, reported the child missing Friday afternoon when she didn't come home from school.
The grandmother told police she believed her daughter took Montavya.
