DOTHAN, Ala. (AP) - A third suspect sought in the June slaying of a Dothan man has been arrested.
Dothan police said in a statement today that 27-year-old Andre O'Shawn Farrier was charged with capital murder in the shooting death of 39-year-old Richard Smith.
Two others - 25-year-old Brandon Bell and 18-year-old Pravin Dewayne Simpson - are already charged with capital murder in Smith's death.
Farrier was placed in the Dothan City Jail under no bond.
Police said Smith was shot while inside a vehicle. The victim's body found by a CSX crew on June 20th near railroad tracks.
