Seniors age 60 and over can get assistance in getting a discount on their utility bills on Monday, Sept. 23 and Thursday, Sept. 26.
Representatives from the city utilities department will be at the Rose Hill Senior Adult Center on South Appletree Street on those dates to help qualified seniors.
