Members in the Dothan Jewish Community are trying to increase their numbers, by offering money for other Jewish Families' relocation to the wiregrass.
But the lack of jobs in the area is slowing down the program.
So far only three families have taken advantage of the 50,000 dollar offer to pick up and move to Dothan.
Robert Goldsmith of Blumberg Family Jewish Community Services says numerous families are processed and waiting for the right time to come,
"The fourth and fifth would be here tomorrow if they could secure gainful employment...We're cautious because we want to make sure people can support their families once they get here."
