A production crew from cable's "The Learning Channel" was at Fort Rucker Wednesday.

Fort Rucker pilots have always thought the helicopters they fly are pretty amazing. Now other people in the US will get a chance to decide for themselves.

The Longbow Apache Attack Helicopter will be featured on The Learning Channel program, "Ultimate Ten Military Machines."

The show is a one hour look at the top military machines in use today.

The show's producers sat down with Pentagon advisors to determine who would make the cut.

Chris Havey has been an instructor pilot at Fort Rucker for years. He was one of the pilots interviewed for the show.

The program is set to air on TLC sometime in 2003. It is not known yet what ranking the Apache Helicopter will receive on the cable channel's top ten list.
