Ozark Memorial Ceremony

Fallen heroes were honored at Woodlawn Memory Gardens today.
The ceremony consisted of a demonstration on how to fold the flag, a 21 gun salute, and laying of the wreath.
The Wiregrass Honor Flight was presented with a certificate for taking World War 2 veterans to Washington D.C. to see their memorial.
"If there are any other World War 2 veterans in the Wiregrass Area that have not gone on one of our four flights, then we would still like to honor you,” says Jim McGhee, Wiregrass Honor Flight.
The certificate will be placed in the Dothan airport.
Applications for the wiregrass honor flight are available at the Dothan chamber of commerce.
