An accident in Geneva County Sunday night claimed the life of the teenage passenger from Florida. The driver of the truck is now charged with murder.
It happened between Geneva and Samson, along County Road 65.
The Alabama Highway Patrol reports that Timothy Ray Jordan of Geneva was driving a stolen pick-up truck. He allegedly ran a stop sign and was hit by a car driven by Katrina Bradley of Coffee Springs.
Bradley received injuries in the accident. Nineteen-year-old Jennifer Taylor of Westville was riding in Jordan’s truck and died shortly after the accident.
Thirty-two-year-old Timothy Jordan is charged with one count of murder and he faces charges of receiving stolen property.
