A major road project gets underway next week on the Westside of Dothan.
Workers will begin resurfacing Main Street from Ross Clark Circle to the western city limits.
The section of Main Street inside the circle was resurfaced earlier this summer.
Work on the final phase of the Main Street project is scheduled to begin next Monday.
The State Department of Transportation says it will take about 90-days to complete work on the 4-and-a-half mile section.
Drivers are urged to slow down and use caution in construction areas.
Traffic delays will be inevitable and some motorists may want to use an alternate route until the job is done.
