Friday, marks the tenth-anniversary in the disappearance of a 17-year-old Opp teenager. There are still few clues to the fate of Kemberly Ramer.
On the night of August 15th 1997, Kemberly left her father's home in Opp and was never seen again.
Despite many pleas from family and friends, along with local authorities and the FBI, the case remains unsolved.
Over the years, there have been several extensive searches of sinkholes and lakes in both Southeast Alabama and the Florida Panhandle, but they have failed to lead to answers.
Opp Assistant Police Chief Mike McDonald says it's very frustrating.
If anyone has information on the Kemberly Ramer case, contact the Opp Police Department at 493-4511.
A reward remains in effect in the case.
