A number of emergency agencies, including some from Ft. Rucker, Ozark, and Marley Mill Volunteer Fire Departments battled a fire for over an hour last night at the Collier Oil Company.
Collier Oil is a gas station and wholesale oil company located on Highway 231 North.
Ozark Deputy Police Chief Eddie Henderson told News 4 the fire started around 8 p.m. Wedneday night.
He says it appears a driver was unloading some fuel when a spark caught a storage tank on fire.
There were no injuries reported but Chief Henderson says the fire caused extensive damage to the building.
