It seems an ongoing dispute between Enterprise and its cable carrier; Adelphia may go before the Federal Communications Commission.
Wednesday, Adelphia’s vice-president presented a new, basic package consisting of 21 channels that would cost $11 per month.
In addition, Enterprise Adelphia customers will receive a credit of $1. But, the city attorney says he wants more.
The Enterprise City Council unanimously passed a rate order, which directs Adelphia to refund in excess of $125,000 to its customers.
The company now has 30-days to appeal that rate order with the FCC in Washington.
