Child Sex Abuse Case

Thirty-five-year-old Brian Scott Pate is charged with 10 counts of first-degree rape and three counts of first-degree sodomy after a week long investigation.

Glover said the sex charges against Pate involved alleged sexual activity with a 14-year-old girl, but investigators said the inappropriate sexual contact has happened since she was 12.

Pate's bail is set at $130,000.
