Houston County Crimestoppers

A Houston County church was burglarized earlier this week and a reward is now being offered in the case.

Someone broke into the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church on Houston County Road 81 sometime between Sunday night and Wednesday afternoon.

Investigators said the suspects entered by breaking a window.

Once inside, they stole computers, TVs, VCRs and sound equipment valued at more than $5,000.

Crimestoppers will pay up to $1,000 for information that leads to an arrest.

People are being warned to be on the lookout for anyone who might try to sell the stolen property.
