Bryant Case

The woman accusing Kobe Bryant of rape may be talking with prosecutors about whether to continue pursuing the case.

That's according to her attorney, who says the young woman is concerned that newly released documents about her sex life could
threaten chances of a fair trial.

In an interview with The Associated Press, John Clune said his client is also considering whether to file a civil lawsuit against the NBA star.

Clune didn't come out and say the woman is considering dropping out of the case -- just that she'll be talking it over with prosecutors. He adds that any final decision is up to the DA's office.

Bryant is scheduled to go on trial later this month.
