Florida authorities are tracking down leads for a suspect involved in the gruesome death of a Marianna woman.
Late Saturday afternoon, a family member found 48-year-old Peggy Allen Williams' badly beaten body was inside her mobile home at the Azalea Trailer Park along Highway 90.
Authorities say she died from blunt trauma to the head.
They are not sure what kind of object was used.
Jackson County Sheriff John McDaniel says Williams was well liked, and he believes it was a random act which occurred during a home invasion robbery.
Investigators are also searching for Williams missing car.
It is a 1991 Buick, burgundy or maroon in color with Florida license plate number is W586RT.
