If you haven't done your back-to-school shopping yet, you may want to visit stores in Florida.
From now until August 1 you may buy clothing, footwear, some accessories and books tax-free. Each item must be less than $50, but there is no limit to the number of items you buy.
Shoppers are expected to save $35.5 million during the nine-day period.
The Florida Legislature originally declared the special days several years ago to help parents save money on their children's updated wardrobes for the school year, but this year all shoppers will receive the discount, even if you’re not buying back-to-school items.
