"Save the pig"...that's what many motorists see as they pass the bright metal pig that's been a staple in the circle city.

"Save the pig"...that's what many motorists see as they pass the bright metal pig that's been a staple in the circle city.
The pig is owned by Schnitzler southeast scrap metal recycling. There's no need to worry. It's not going anywhere.
Owners say many people don't know about their business, so they came up with a conversational starter..."if you don't bring in scrap...we're going to have to scrap the pig."
Owners say the bright pink oinker is here to stay.
