Enterprise State Junior College

Enterprise State Junior College now has some cash to help the school's athletic programs.

State Senator Jimmy Holley and Rep. Terry Spicer presented a $15,000 check to ESJC President Dr. Stafford Thompson to help build new dugouts at the baseball field.

The money will also help the Lady Boll weevils softball squad get a new home on campus. They'll no longer have to share the diamond at the city complex.

Holley and Spicer said they'll now work on additional funding to get the $40,000 needed for lights at the baseball and softball fields.
