The U.S Army Aviation Training Center at Fort Rucker has been selected to participate in a joint land use study program.
The purpose of the program is to make sure that local development is possible without reducing the role of the military installation.
Ozark Mayor Bob Bunting says the city will help with the bill of the research.
The cost of the program will be $94,842, making the city of Ozarks 10% match around $10,000.
