A Coffee County jury has found a convicted sex offender not guilty on a new round of charges.
Bobby Monahan was cleared on 5-counts of rape, and a sixth charge of sodomy.
The charges stemmed from a case involving 2-teenage girls in Coffee County’s rural Connersville Community.
But, Monahan will remain behind bars at Kilby State Penitentiary.
Last year, he was convicted of raping a fellow inmate and then sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
