An act of reported road rage lands a dad and his two sons in the Coffee County Jail Saturday.

Sheriff Dave Sutton says Michael Dewayne Berry, his son Michael Lance Berry and second juvenile son allegedly attacked 43-year-old Michael Lynn Cotton with a baseball bat.

The victim reportedly approached the family at a gas station after he says they ran him off the road.

After leaving the gas station, the victim says the Berry's stopped him near the Five Star Fire Department and attacked him with the bat.

The victim was severely injured from the incident.

He has been released from the hospital.
