DESTIN, Fla. (AP) - Authorities say an Indiana man on vacation with his family died while swimming in Destin Thursday morning.
65-year-old Tommy Castile of Georgetown, Indiana, was pulled from rough surf by a Destin Fire Control District boat about 10 am.
Rescuers say he appeared to have had a heart attack.
Castile was pronounced dead by a medical examiner after being transported to Fort Walton Beach Medical Center. An autopsy is planned.
