Three-month-old twin infants are reportedly doing well after allegedly being beaten by their father.
Quinton Caldwell faces a host of charges including willful torture and aggravated child abuse.
On April 28, the children's grandmother transported them from their Elba home to Opp Mizell Hospital's emergency room.
They had suffered skull fractures, broken arms and a host of bruises.
They were transferred to children's hospital in Birmingham and later released.
Authorities say the girls do not appear to show any long term health issues and are recovering well.
They're in protective custody of the state at this time.
