Martha Stewart's brother said today some of his sister's belongings that he has moved from one storage bin to another since he inherited them in 1987 will be sold on eBay, the Internet auction site.

Frank Kostyra, who lives in Fairhope, Alabama near Mobile, says he hopes to have the more than 200 items catalogued and listed on the site soon, but he's having some computer difficulty posting them on eBay.

He says the items include the 1976 Chevrolet Suburban he says Martha Stewart used to start her catering business. He also is selling cuttings of a fig tree from the family's former home in Nutley, New Jersey, a 55-year-old double boiler Stewart used for cooking chocolate, a bent-oak rocker from the Stewart grandparents, furniture, a Singer sewing machine used by Stewart to sew her wedding dress in 1961. There's also Stewart's first fly rod and assorted hand-tied flies.

Stewart awaits sentencing June 17 for her conviction on charges of conspiracy, obstructing justice and lying to investigators. Her attorneys have filed for a new trial. Stewart hasn't commented publicly about her brother's eBay auction, but Kostyra said he had received e-mail from her with no objections.
