Thousands of manpower hours have gone into the clean-up of the March first, deadly tornado. Most have been volunteers.
The city of Enterprise rolled out the red carpet for those volunteers.
Mayor Kenneth Boswell says there are few words that can be used to describe the unselfish, tireless effort by the city's employees.
"They say you are only as good as the folks you have working for you, and I want to say these are some of the best you can find."
By going through the tragedy, many of the workers say it has made them stronger both emotionally and on a spiritual basis.
With most of the debris now gone, Mayor Kenneth Boswell says it'll be a continuing process of city residents getting back on their feet.
