A Geneva woman was killed in a one-vehicle accident Sunday near Leonia, Florida in Holmes County.
Seventy-five-year-old Jewel Gunter Johnson of Geneva died from injuries when her car ran off County Road 185 near Leonia.
The Florida Highway Patrol reports Johnson was driving north through a heavy rainstorm when she lost control of her vehicle.
Holmes County EMS took Johnson to Geneva Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
