Troy University will hold a benefit concert to help raise money to rebuild the Enterprise High School music department.
Troy University graduate Shelley Hatcher is one of the eight recording artists that will be performing.
The Enterprise High music department has about 160 students and they're in desperate need of equipment, especially a truck for competitions and transportation ro summer band camps and football games.
Hatcher says it's great to see the community coming together to raise money.
"The best thing in life you give people is your time. And to know that people care and the only way to do that is to give them your time. And I think they're already coming together and we expect the concert to be a great success," said Hatcher.
The concert will be on Friday April 20.
Tickets range from 10-to-50 dollars, and VIP packages are available.
