Target says 70 million consumers were affected by its security breach.
An ongoing forensic investigation determined that in addition to payment card data, names, addresses, phone numbers or email addresses were also stolen.
The breach occurred between November 27th and December 15th.
Montgomery-based Beasley Allen law firm has filed two class action lawsuits on behalf of affected customers.
Target, meanwhile, says it's trying to contact customers to warn of scams.
