Alabama Governor Bob Riley says he is disappointed with some state lawmakers.
Riley was in Dothan yesterday for a prayer breakfast.

Riley says Alabama voters expressed their opinion about changing government accountability when they rejected amendment-one last September.
Riley says there must be accountability before they vote on any revenue measures.
