The last two of six Bay County Jail inmates charged in the beating death of a fellow inmate have pled guilty and have been sentenced.
Investigators say 18-year-old Chad Littles was beaten to death in October 2002 because others thought he was an informant for the jail's guards.
James Derossetti pled guilty to manslaughter and was sentenced to ten years in prison.
Larry K. Burks pled guilty to aggravated battery and received seven years.
The other four were sentenced earlier.
The victim’s mother has sued the company that operates the jail. She claims her son was not protected while behind bars.
That lawsuit has not been resolved.
