Qualifying for Houston County’s upcoming primaries officially ended last week and four candidates have thrown their hat in the ring for the county's superintendent of education job.
Larry Fowler and Tim Pitchford will face each other in the Democratic Primary.
Curt Barnes and Andrew Faircloth, Jr will compete for the Republican nomination.
