Three people are in jail after a raid on a suspected drug lab in Midland City.
The bust at Midtown Apartments off Highway 231 went down around noon. Officers with the Houston County Sheriff's Department strategic response team spearheaded the raid.
Midland City Police Chief Jeff Hunter said they seized about a $1,000 worth of methamphetamine and meth oil and a small amount of marijuana.
The occupants, Ronnie Blackmon and his wife Lori, face manufacturing charges. A visitor, James Fitzhugh Lee of Fort Walton Beach, Florida has been charged with possession.
A toddler in the apartment has been turned over to relatives. Chief Hunter said the State Department of Human resources will be contacted about the case.
