Four men are in jail and two women remain hospitalized after a shooting at a home in Panama City Beach.
Bay County sheriff's investigators received a 911call Tuesday night from a woman who said she and her daughter had been shot.
When deputies arrived they found Jody Greer and her daughter Sara Cunningham in the living room with gunshot wounds. Tips from witnesses and neighbors led investigators to one of the suspects.
18-year-old Barry Davis of Panama City is charged with attempted murder and three Panama City juveniles, Austin Todd, Dale Manring and Pedro Chinchilla, all age 17. All are charged with first-degree aggravated battery in connection with the shootings.
Investigators say Manring dated one of Greer’s daughters and was angry because she ended the relationship. They say he allegedly convinced Davis to shoot his ex-girlfriend who was not home at the time of the shooting.
