After the Enterprise tornado, CenturyTel representatives say many customers who lost power are back in service again, but may not have to pay certain fees.
3,000 customers were left without telephone or internet service after the March 1st tornado.
Now, depending on the damage CenturyTel is offering everything from crediting service outages to waiving transfer and disconnect fees for enterprise residents who must relocate temporarily or permanently.
CenturyTel Public Relations Jennifer Doherty says, “Our program is in place for 30 days but we've been working with the he local 911 officials and the American Red Cross to obtain a listing of all addresses impacted by the storm. The reason being we know it can be 6 months, a year or even longer for some to make a decision as to what they are going to do.”
