Wounded robbery suspect will remain in jail without bond.
Twenty-year-old David Cowley made his first court appearance yesterday after spending two days in the hospital.
Police say Cowley was shot in the hand when he tried to rob the owner of a local Dairy Queen and an employee as they left the restaurant on South Alice Street Sunday night.
Cowley was already free on bond for a home invasion robbery that happened last year. Police are searching for two other suspects in the case.
