The search for a missing Houston County girl led authorities to make two arrests in Ashford this weekend, but there's still no sign of the missing girl.
Authorities searched a house at 201 Oak Street in Ashford on Saturday.
Police tell News 4 they had information that 17-year old Brandy Amber Burgess may have been at the house.
Burgess disappeared around 6:30 last Monday evening while walking towards Ashford High School.
When investigators searched the Oak Street home they say they didn't find the missing teen, they found marijuana instead.
43-year old Wendy Michelle Knight was arrested on drug charges, so was a 16-year old boy. Knight also faces child endangerment charges.
Investigators say foul play is not suspected in Burgess' disappearance. But they are very concerned about her whereabouts and are asking for your help in locating her.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Brandy Burgess can call the Ashford Police Department at 334-899-5113.
