PENSACOLA, Fla. (AP) - Authorities are searching for a prisoner who escaped from a low security federal prison camp.

Deputy US Marshal Chris Leachman says Michael Joseph Derenak escaped from the Federal Prison Camp in Pensacola Tuesday after
he told authorities he had to use the restroom at an offsite work detail.

Leachman says Derenak is not considered armed and dangerous, but
is serving a 235 month prison term for cocaine trafficking.

Leachman says Derenak has five years left to serve.
