Westminster Kennel Dog Show

Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show

An Early County student and his Dalmatian wowed judges at the country's most prestigious dog show.

16-year-old Joseph Threadcraft and his Dalmatian "Cole" came away with second place in the Junior Showmanship Division of the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show.

The junior at Early County High School in Blakely, Georgia, has been showing dogs for four years and this is his first time at Westminster.

Threadcraft says he's overwhelmed that he and his dog placed in the show, and he's on his way home from New York City.

Watch News 4 for a personal interview with Joseph Threadcraft once he's back in the Wiregrass.
